Rootvest takes investor privacy seriously. This page describes the information we collect through this marketing site and how we use it. It is a placeholder pending review by our compliance team — formal investor data handling is governed by your signed subscription agreement and our internal data-protection program.

1. What we collect

When you submit the “Request investor brief” form, we collect your name, email, indicative investment range, and the sectors you flagged as interesting. We do not require any of this to browse the site.

2. How we use it

• To send you the current cohort deck within 24 hours.
• To follow up about specific opportunities you indicated interest in.
• To improve the website's clarity and effectiveness over time.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use third-party tracking pixels on this site beyond standard privacy-respecting analytics.

4. Retention & deletion

Investor brief submissions are retained for the active life of the relevant cohort plus 12 months. You can request deletion at any time by writing to info.rootvest@gmail.com.

5. Encryption

All form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest under our internal ISO 27001-aligned controls.
